I use these in a keystone panel, and haven't had any major problems with them. They fit well once installed. They are a little difficult to remove but I think that is because the panel doesn't provide much room to get fingers on it.

These couplers attach firmly to the plates and are very simple to use with preassembled cat 5 or cat 6 cables. The cables also seat firmly into the connectors and there has never been one that failed. When running the cables through walls, I tape the ends to prevent damaging the connectors.
