Does what it's supposed to. I use this with a new 2017 MacBook Pro on a 27" ASUS monitor, and it works as intended -- which is not something I can say for several other adapters I tried, including Apple's own.

Works just as expected without issue. I use it exclusively to connect my Dell XPS 13 laptop to an external monitor (typically a large TV) to watch movies or play games. I've found it to be very secure at both ends and of high quality.

This adapter works as you would hope. You can leave it attached to the HDMI cable and then plug the USB C in to the laptop and the laptop recognises the display. Just like it is supposed to work.

Works perfectly with my Samsung Book 12 tablet USB-C ports. The Book 12 is a Windows 10 PC hybrid that looks like a tablet.but also can be used with a keyboard cover like a laptop
